Genomics Core Receives MSU EHS Laboratory Safety Certificate of Recognition

The Genomics Core has been awarded the MSU EHS Laboratory Safety Certificate of Recognition in recognition of the laboratory’s outstanding commitment to safety and compliance.

The award committee recognized the lab as an Outstanding 100% Compliant Core Facility, highlighting the team’s proactive approach to laboratory safety, strong attention to detail, and exceptional organization. These practices help maintain high safety standards while supporting efficient and streamlined inspections.

The committee also recognized the lab’s consistent dedication to maintaining compliance and fostering a strong culture of safety, setting a positive example for laboratory groups across the university.
