The RTSF Genomics Core has developed a Sanger Sequencing Guide to demonstrate best and worst practices when performing Sanger Sequencing.  This guide shows examples of good- and poor-quality sequence.  Explanations are provided about how results were obtained.  The guide and the files used in the guide can be downloaded below.
