Kevin Childs, Ph.D.; “How much sequencing do I need?”

This seminar will discuss the question about how much sequence is required for your experiment.  Given the wide variety of sequencing options that are available in the Genomics Core, knowing which type of sequencing run is best for your experiment can be challenging.  This presentation will help you to determine the best sequencing run for your work.
